I once knew a little old man who came to the US from Poland he owned a fabulous little bake shoppe and had all his own recipes, some could of been handed down through generations but I'm not sure but boy could he ever bake and the best Bread you'd ever want to taste. Poor things shoppe sits vacant now after his death maybe someone else will take it over dont know
